New to MFP, still working it out. But currently doing Intermittent Fasting so I eat from 11am to 7pm and then nothing hit water after that and BCAAs in the morning. Have been doing it for 2 week and started at 210 now currently at 197. Seems to be working compared to other diets I have tried. Can always add me for what ever motivation I can provide or even information too.

    Intermittent fasting here too waiting another 10 minutes for my coffee.

    Hey, I read in June issue of Muscle & Fitness that Terry Crews and Randy Couture do this. Eating window from 2 - 10 PM. I am considering it, but I have always been on a high protein / lo-carb diet, eating 5-6 meals per day, about 3 hours apart. Gonna add you @Focused_Edge
