What do you do to stop the late night food craze. I'm great in the daytime .... then the Gremlin comes out of me and wants to grab the food that gives you stretch marks.. any advice?

Are you restricting too much in the daytime? Are you eating enough 'volume food', eat meals and snacks that provide you with satiety balanced with protein, healthy fats and fibrous foods? You might consider working with meal timing, and allow a nice snack at night that fits in your calorie window as well!

I eat big during the day and power walk in the evening (it doesn't make me hungry).

After a couple of weeks my body adapted and now I no longer snack mindlessly after dinner.

Also I don't keep snacky things in my house. If I want something I have to plan for it, make it myself or go out and buy it.

Ditto on the 'go to bed early' suggestion.

Go to bed early and drink a lot of water. Similar to gremlins if you're up at midnight or later and you get hungry it's easy to crack open the fridge.
