Have seen a fair few recipes using coconut flour, anyone know where you can get it from in the UK?

Buy from iherb on the net. I'm in Korea and use it to get stuff to me that I can't normally get here. Shipping is fast and cheap too.

I've used amazon but you can get it in holland and barrat (but the price is a bit much) and asian supermarkets.
  • I get mine from holland and barratt's. It's £7 for a 500g bag but you don't need to use that much in a recipe. It has lasted me 4 months so far! :)
