I’m 5’ 4” and 115 lbs and I’m just wondering how many calories I should be eating if run 2 miles every other day?

Eat whatever MFP tells you to eat plus your exercise calories from your run. At your weight I assume you're at maintenance? So set your goal in MFP during set up as maintaining weight.2
