What is a good rate of body fat % loss?

I have done a bunch of googling, and am not coming up with what an appropriate and/or an ambitious rate of body fat % loss would be.
I lost 4% over the past month (using the inBody scale to determine fat loss) and I know that is pretty good..... right? I am not sure exactly how to put that into perspective. I'm female, and went from 29% to 25% in 4 weeks. Thanks so much!
