Cheating

So I've come to the realization that cheat days make me feel awful... so I've decided to do cheat meals. One breakfast, one lunch, and one dinner per week are cheatable (as in they can be between 500&600 cals). It just can't be on a rest day, and the other meals have to stay within the budgeted (300 cal) range, and cannot be on the same day.
I think of my calories like my bank account. I have this much to spend, that's it. Cheats are like putting something on a credit card. Fun now, but have to pay for it later. This train of thought has kept me a little more concientious about my money... er calories!
What do you think? Does this make sense to anyone besides me???
