Running trainers

Can anyone recommend some running trainers please? I need some new ones.. what trainers do you have?

    The best running shoes for you are the ones that are most appropriate to your running gait, type of running and the terrain you run on.

    My favourite shoes are likely to be completely inappropriate for you.

    Random lists of brands are meaningless.

    Go to a proper running shop.

    ditto to what ^^^^ they said. Go to a running store and have them analyze your gait. They will fit you and you will be much happier.
