New repetition

I need a new morning pattern, every morning I get up sit my butt down on this stupid couch make my breakfast & watch something on t.v. until I go to work.
I've kinda already made a small change by working out in the morning, but I don't want to sit here until motivation kicks in...-_-....

Any Idea's ??
