Hey y'all! I've had this app since before it was an app since before it changed names and ownership (like 2005ish) and since that time have periodically logged on and entered a few things here and there but never stuck with it. Life, ya know? BK (before kids) I was one of those obnoxious people that never had to worry about diet or excercise. I ate whatever whenever and never got above 125. Welllll now I'm older and have managed to keep 20 pounds with each child. I've been sitting at about 160-165 since the birth of my last kiddo (she recently turned 1) and I've noticed a big change in me. I'm just not as happy about the way I feel and the way my clothes fit and really the way I perceive myself. I'm an enternal optimist and never have anything negative to say. Really I can find the silver lining in almost anything. So if you're just starting out or stuck in a rut or heck even if you're killing it let's be friends and cheer each other on!
