First day :)

It's my first day on this app. I started losing weight on August 2nd and I've sort of faltered. I'm only down 12 pounds.
I have a new goal on top of losing weight and gaining muscle. I'm also eating clean and cutting out artificial ingredients.
I prefer to work out outside of gyms. I garden, chop wood, hike in the woods, basically anything outdoors.
If anybody is looking for a friend on here to support each other and tell each other when to back away from the cake I'm here :) I have about 70 pounds to lose and I am really motivated and excited.
