To much carbs and fat. Help.

I am having a problem with intake of too much carbs and fat. I always been a girl who loves carbs. It's hard, because both my husband and I love carbs and bread is both our down fall. Is there any kind of bread that is lower with carbs. We generally eat whole grain, because it just seems better. I'm a snack attack eater. I have not really been eating the bad snack lately, but any healthy advice would be appreciated. I would love to make more smoothies other than orange, kale and apples.

    Kimmy, My calorie count is between 1500 and 900 depending on the day. So I go from too much to too less. Sometimes I am more hungry then not.

    900 Cal's would leave me craving carbs! I have learnt from experience. 1200 is the minimum I can feel happy on. I love bread and pasta so I log those first. I log my entire day in advance during the week when I need to be organised in order not to reach for the take away menu after work anyway. If you log the carbs first you can make the rest fit round it. I often work backwards from my main meal.
