Help! Need low-impact, total body fitness program?

I'm 58 with bad knees and 25 pounds overweight. I need a total body fitness program like P90X or Insanity but scaled way down for my level of fitness, joint problems and age. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks for any help you can provide.
