    Positives with connecting with me. I'm dull, boring and talk crap. I find it difficult to stick to my goals and I want a better body yet can't quite grasp that to get results you need to put the hard work in rather than talking the talk.

    I think I'll have a productive day of just thinking about the workouts I want to do. My thinking mind is definitely going through the bulking stage. Need to start cutting with some mindfulness lol

    I like to go in clothes stores and spend the day in there trying on clothes I have no intention of buying. It really is the best way to spend your free time
