I am looking for something new to eat.
I try to stay high protein. Bit I don't eat chicken.
Any ideas.

I don't know what you currently eat - what meals do you already eat? What do you like and dislike?
.... I feel your best solution would be googling recipes. Have you tried that?1 -

The thread linked below points to as spreadsheet that lists many, many foods in order by protein efficiency: Mist protein for fewest calories. Scroll through it, find some new things to try, and Google for recipes. For tofu specifically, there's already a thread in this forum about that, that you can check out.

When I need new variety, I try shopping at a different grocery store to see if they have things that I haven't seen before. See if there is a European market around you.1
