Back and looking for pals. (runners, come in)

Hello!

I deactivated after 3 months of obsessive logging, commenting and roaming on message boards. I did it because someone thought this was a good place to look for a love interest and i needed to get away for a while.

However i am back and would like to keep you and myself motivated.

My diary will be open for friends, i try to eat clean and am currently following a half-marathon training plan and i'm on week 2. In August i plan on getting through a squat challenge and in September hopefully join a gym...

    I am currently starting a training program for a 5K in October...I am currently in week 4 but may redo the week because I did not run at all last week due to allergies...I would appreciate any and all motivations...
