Hello... just looking for accountability and tips on utilizing this app with the program. Want to attempt this time around much more accurately than I've done before.

    I was on it a couple of years ago, but the sodium was way too high

    I have been on it for 2+ years. I am more on maintenance now but I still follow the program and am willing to answer any questions.

    I tried it... But I could not stay on it because I didn't really care for the food and I felt it was expensive. I now do my own thing with Lean Cuisine meals. They taste much better and are less expensive.

    Yes..I loosely follow Nutrisystem using their guidelines and mostly flexing.
