Need to get healthy!!!

Been a big dude all my life. Never really concerned me. Gonna be 37 in less than a month, and 350lbs is NOT acceptable!
3 kids and a wife..... too much to live for to be careless and lazy!

    Get a food scale for accuracy.

    Don't cut it any foods you like.

    Hi!! You say that you want to get healthy and yes, food is a good part of it, but what do you have as in plans for exercise? Walking is a great start..And your family might enjoy doing with it as well

    My advice is buy certain bowls , plates and spoons that are smaller. I use baby spoons to trick myself at home and it forces me to take my time eating. If you go out, eat half of your normal serving then take the rest for later. Buy frozen vegetables and fruits to keep them longer and save prep time. Good luck sir. You have lots of reason to change your health habits. Family is important!
