Hello Everyone,
I am Jowana! You can call me JD or Jo Jo. I am starting again 10/09/17. I intend on this being the last time I do an intro because of needing to start over again. There is no stopping this time. I am at a point where I MUST get this weight off. I am looking for a group of people to partner with on this journey. I want to encourage others while also receiving encouragement and accountability as well. Starting out I will put most on my focus on nutrition. Once I am consistently eating the way I should I will incorporate more exercise. Right now, I will only be working out 2 days per week. I really want to hit nutrition hard since that is what impacts your weight loss the most. Also, I generally don’t have a problem working out once I get going. My biggest issue is eating the wrong things. I am looking forward to this. Let’s do it!

I agree with take time a focus on your nutrition first. You can not out run a bad diet!
