Healthy meals for people with allergies...

Hi I've really been trying to make healthier choices the only problem is that I am allergic to many fruits and veggies. I was wondering how someone could still stay healthy with very limited options. Also any recipes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    If you have limitations on what you can eat, you have to free yourself from recipes and learn to cook.

    It is difficult to provide targeted advice if we don't know what your specific allergies are, as well as your specific health (ie, weight and fitness) goals.

    In general I would say that you should eat as diversely as possible among the fruits and veg that you can tolerate, trying to "eat the rainbow" and getting in at least 5-7 servings a day.
