Daily Activities Settings

Hi! I have stopped exercising due to an injury. My fitbit is broke and I'm not sure if I should set my daily activity level as sedentary or lightly active. I work in a school and spend almost the whole morning sit down. Basically, I only move every half an hour from one class to another. Then at home I've to rest, I only walk to/from the local shop, 20 minutes max a day, plus the usually, cleaning, doing the laundry,... I guess my current daily activities settings should be 'sedentary', am I right? Thanks!
