5'8" 180lb Binge Eater

I'm a 24 yr old female at 180 lbs and 5' 8". According to my BMI I am overweight. I am a binge eater and I'm wanting to quit and lose weight. My goal weight is 140 lbs, 130 lbs is even better.

I am looking for people with a similar problem or goal for support and motivation.
