Are there any good beginner challenges i should do?

I get a lot of support from "MINI GOAL ONE WEEK CHALLENGE" (look in groups) and "Just Give Me 10 Days" in the forums. Those are for people with any goals, they have daily check-ins which I find helpful.
If you want to work on something specific, like running, weights, carbs, vegetarian eating, keto eating, or if you want to find a group of people your age or with similar amounts to lose, there's probably a group for you. The trick is finding one with active members.1
