Hey everybody!
My name is Tom. I’m 6”1’ 201lbs. I’m interesting maintaining a low body fat percentage while building muscle. I’ve set my goal weight to 189lbs on the app because that is the upper range of my BMI. But I am unsure if that is what I should be shooting for.

BMI is not a good indicator....you can have a body builder, very low fat but according to BMI he is obese.
I would stick with the low body fat. Set your goals round that if you dont feel you are over weight...0
