Running and Strength Training/Work Out Videos?

Hello! I am coming off of T25 work out videos. I completed all three stages, plus an extra 3rd stage. I am now running 3 miles twice a week. I replace the cardio videos with my runs. I love the strength training part of T25. I would like to advance myself, but not sure how. Should I just up my weights and continue following the program? Or should I try different videos? I have Beachbody on Demand, so have many to pick from. Which would you recommend? Thank you!
