Over 50 needs support and motivation

October 12th is one year anniversary of my weight loss journey. I have slipped since August, and now have received a thyrod cancer diagnosis. I struggled to lose 40 lbs. And have 50 more to go. I feel a bit overwhelmed by it all. I would appreciate a partner to help me stay motivated.

I'm so sorry you got that terrible news. I have cancerous lymph nodes. They haven't yet gave me a for sure diagnosis of which type of lymphoma but I'm to have more removed the 20th of October for more biopsies! Feel free to add me!

Congrats on your weigh loss, I am sorry for your diagnosis. I honestly believe being as healthy as you possibly can will definitely help with your recovery. Any cancer diagnosis is a very scary one but having a positive attitude and eating as healthy as you can will go a long way in your recovery. I would love to support you in any way that I can.
