What are your must-haves?

Hey everyone! I am working on filling my PrimePantry box, and I am wondering what things you all would recommend looking in to? What do you find to help before/after workouts?

I am already ordering a couple more blender bottles and a goStak as well - anything else along those lines?

EDIT (to add current exercise routine): I am currently doing a lot of crossfit type workouts through a program at my gym. We lift heavy somedays, and other days are higher reps. I do this program about 6 days a week, and also go on runs for some additional cardio about 3 days a week.

    Depends what kind of work outs you're doing. For the most of us recreational exercisers, specific nutrition isn't terribly necessary so it really all comes down to what you prefer.

    I keep it simple - a normal meal an hour or two before, and whenever i'm hungry afterward. I do normal workouts like a typical guy. If i were an elite athlete and needed that fraction of a percent improvement, i'd use additional stuff. :+1:
