PLEASE HELP ON MY WEIGHT LOST JOURNEY

hey guys whats the first steps of hitting your goal of ten pounds ideas, recipes that is not expensive. I am back at Me and my friends been doing a working out video four days out the week (2week)they feel like they are seeing change but not me and i cant do every exersice becasue i have back problems. I dont want to give up and I really need help all I do is think of food. I started yogi tea today to suppress my appetite.I started drinking water and eating bfast. The hardest is at night. I give up cookies and cakes which is not hard because I really dont care for them but chips omg that is a weak spot for me . Portion control I am bad at. Working at a desk does not make it any better. I weight 260 which I just recently gain due to medication so I stop taking it and I am ready to rock and go hard nights are the worst. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

1. Get yourself a food scale and start portioning your food.
2. Stick to low impact exercises.
3. Get the chips out of the house.
4. Measure your waist and hips. With all that exercise you might be shrinking. Your friends could be right!

If you must have something like chips, portion them as soon as they arrive in the house in small ziplocks.
Though a period of detoxing is a great idea.1 -

Did your doctor tell you to stop the medication or did you do it on your own? If you did it on you own, you could be jeopardizing your health. Never stop, change dosages or restart medication with out discussing it with your doctor.
