Depends on the cause. If you're cutting back on Coca Cola or sugary Starbucks, it might be caffeine withdrawal. You may need to watch your electrolyte intake or hydrate more as headaches can be a symptom of dehydration. You may just be getting a cold or something. Is there anything else you can tell us about what you're doing differently?0

If the only thing that has changed is eating less of the same food, you might consider eating a little more, then tapering off your intake to the desired level. Also, if you're at a computer more, the culprit is most likely eye strain and you should reduce the brightness of your monitor.0

I tend to get headaches & think it’s gotten easier for me to get them as I’ve aged. They are the worst when I cut back drastically on sugar and/or caffeine. When I’m at my heaviest I’m eating a lot of sweets & treats so once I focus on my calories and eating in a deficit those are the first to go and I’m pretty sure that triggers my headaches. I up my water and make sure in eating enough to fuel my body — then just wait, it only lasts a few days.0

It could be sugar or caffeine withdrawal as others have said - or it could be not enough sodium/electrolytes. Have you cut back on salt? Maybe you're not getting enough. Dehydration can also cause headaches, so make sure to drink plenty of water.0

I get headaches at work from staring at my computer all day sometimes. Try getting up once an hour (if possible) or just close your eyes for a few minutes to relieve any eye strain. Make sure you are getting adequate nutrition as well, if you restricting calories too much (under 1200) chances are you are not getting proper nutrition and that would cause headaches. Another possible culprit could be if you randomly decided to cut out something like sugar or salt, or used to have a lot of something and are now limiting it.1

Salt was culprit. I was doing lots of research when I first started to lose weight and lots of folks were how salt is bad bad bad. Well I went slightly extreme with the no salt, also not knowing I already had low blood pressure. So I was told to bring salt back into my diet and the headaches went away0
