How to log pho?

I go out for pho quite frequently. I've tried to recreate it at home but don't have the patience to simmer the broth for hours. I always get veggie and tofu pho and it comes with the bean sprouts and rice noodles.
How would you log it?
I don't even mind bringing it home to weigh but everything Is pre-cooked and I have no way to tell what's in the broth. Thoughts?

I would log the components as best you can, and I always log a tbl of oil when I eat takeaway or at a restaurant, as butter or oil is usually why it tastes better than when you make it at home
If there is a particular ingredient you aren't sure of, you could always ask them what that taste is or how they prepare that part more as a compliment, and see if you can get some insight.1 -
I used the restaurant feature and found a pho 79 dish that was similar and used this.2

If you're mainly concerned about calories, focus on logging the noodles and the meat/protein, maybe log a couple of teaspoons of oil to be safe (especially if you add the hot chilis in oil as a condiment).0

I'm sure there are other restaurants with their nutritions online too, but this one happens to be one I eat from quite often and I was all like "ooooh, Pho!" when I saw the subject, so...1 -
I rarely go out for lunch, but when I do, it's usually for pho and I get the exact same thing as you. I chose a generic entry for pho with tofu and then I add an additional serving of rice noodles because I feel like the calorie count and macros for the entry I use does not adequately represent the meal I am eating. The addition of the noodles brings it into line with what I would expect for calories as well as carbs. At the end of the day, it's just an estimate.2

Focus on the noodles. They'll carry almost all of the calories in the dish.0

I am doing the keto diet and I LOVE pho so I have to make it at home because they don't have low carb noodles at my place. I make it with kelp noodles (zero carbs) and I buy prepackaged beef bone broth with 10 grams of protein and add onion and bok choy with a little siracha. Yummmm super quick and I scan all the packaging
