Just had a c section, need to lose the loose tummy!

Had a c section almost 3 weeks ago and now that I'm feeling more like myself again I'm ready to start losing weight! I currently weigh 180, the same as I did before getting pregnant, and want to be 130

  • I would say to stick to the calorie limit that MFP gives you, and incorporate cardio, strength training, and flexibility programs into your workout routine. The weight will slowly but surely come off, including the weight in your stomach. Definitely be honest and intentional with logging on MFP, even on the bad days. Helps to have a record to look back on and identify any patterns. Best of luck!
