Backing off of Keto for a bit but still low carb.

I have been Keto for 20 Months with impressive blood numbers but not losing a ton of weight. I realise some are more metabolically challenged than others but change be it better or worse will help my body and brain clarity/Knowledge on my journey!

In case you are wondering, I was probably doing something wrong by eating 1.5 meals per day on 1,550 calories, 10-19 grams carbs, 70-75 grams of fat, and 60-80 grams of protein per day.

Complacency i am understanding is not good for my body so I’m trying but it’s difficult when I get all/most of my fuel from one meal and never feeling hunger.

I picked up better electrolytes, organic sour kraut and nutritionist yeast for better nutrition. Time Will tell! Best of luck on your path to better health, see ya in a few weeks!
