Or are you fighting yourself? Don't do that! Eat food you like, but not too much, and exercise for fun and good health.
In case we haven't made it crystal clear: Losing weight and gaining health is a single player game. You don't need luck, you need real information, commitment and patience. Not luck.3 -

Not a good mix at all. Why would you do this to yourself? You won't be getting sufficient nutrient for incidental daily activities let alone boot camp.0 -
