Hello Everyone, My names Nastashia (aka Bluesuki or Stasha... whichever you prefer :) ). I've been a member of my fitness pal for a while now on and off, but since this summer I've been doing my best to try to remember to log my meals and just overall be more active on the site because I'm trying to lose 100 lbs by next spring. Currently, I'm down and have kept off about 30lbs since this past spring! Which I'm extremely amazed and proud of because I don't think I have ever in my adult life been able to lose (and keep consistently losing) a significant amount of weight naturally and keep it off for more than a month or so... so that's a big deal for me ). It's not an easy task lol especially since I've now hit my 30s, its become significantly harder to lose and keep off the lbs. Also I have about 3 or 4 pre-existing medical conditions (Half of which I was born with) that make this Journey a turbulent one and that Goal particularly difficult to achieve, and well,because of that, sometimes I really feel like just giving in/up and eating a cake or swimming in a lake of nachos or chocolate or something lbvs lol (Fortunately that nachos and chocolate thing can only happen in my dreams so I'm safe there lol... but that cake ... well I can take a cake down in a few days lol .... so that's a real fear there lol). :D

But that's why I'm looking for some Good Friends to help me through the rough patches that I'm going to inevitably hit every now and then on this quest. I'm hoping to find a few friends (both people who are currently starting out on their weight loss journey as well as those who have reached/completed their goals) to add so that maybe we can help one another by supporting, encouraging, uplifting, and discuss/sharing our struggles as well as plans and solutions to overcome those struggles with one another.
