Morning! I've been using MyFitnessPal for almost a year now. What seems to be stressing me out lately is entering my food correctly! For example, say I meal prep on Sunday and want to weigh out my COOKED chicken breast and broccoli. How do you find or enter the correct macros?! Please help! I feel like they're a ton of 'cooked chicken' options and all give different macros!

Look for the USDA listing. If you can’t find it in the database, search the internet for the USDA information and create a new entry in MFP that you can use in the future.

Search for "chicken broilers meat cooked" and choose the closest option: roasted (i.e. dry heat), stewed (i.e. cooked with liquid), or fried.

Verify entries against the USDA National Nutrient Database at https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list?ds=Standard+Reference

Are you cooking the chicken yourself? If so you should weigh it raw and use the recipe builder weighing out the correct servings for the week. The most reliable entries are always for things in their uncooked state.
