I've started this again for the 10,000th time. I'm a serial "starter"..... not sure what stops me from going forward other than the fact that I have to be honest - I just want to eat what I want to eat. The results, I need to lose 80 pounds. It's me - just me - the thing is how to work out the fact that I can't simply "eat what I want" - that I have to cut down the portion sizes. I fool myself by saying that I'm walking 2 miles on the treadmill daily - I never sit down (retired) and only eat 3 meals a day - no snacking. I blame it on my thyroid disease, but know deep in my heart it's the amount I eat.... I can make healthier choices. Wow - I'm finally saying this out loud so maybe that's a step towards a different day?
