Body Weight Exercises?

Hello! I am 5'6" & 3/4 and I weigh 144lbs. I want to know some exercises I can do only using my body weight, considering I have little to no resources. I do have an exercise ball. I am looking to tone up a little everywhere, but especially around my lower stomach and my inner thighs. Also, I would like to know if from your experience if any of these exercises will help with weight loss! Thank you so much!
