Hi im trying to lose a few pounds and when it comes to carbs im eating too much sugar, not the refined sugar but sugar from milk, porridge and fruit. Is it still bad this sugar or should i cut down?? I drink alot of milk for protein in shakes and in my porridge too.
Many thanks

Naturally occurring sugar is not a problem. Carbs are fine - just make sure that you're eating sufficient protein and fat though.
I'd personally favour more vegie carbs over fruit, and fibrous foods that help me with satiety1 -
Unless you have a medical reason to watch your sugar intake, it’s fine2
