Hello There!

I'm 33, a mother of 5, and wife of 1. :)
I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. I know I was thinking and healthy before going into first grade, but then something happened and I started emotionally eating. My weight ballooned. I was 150lbs in 1st grade and once I got to high school I found out I was 250.
After I had my third child I found myself at 280. That's when I needed to change my thinking.
I started with how I talked to myself. Instead of being negative, I challenged myself to say one nice thing about myself. I made a dream closet on Pinterest and started reading more motivational sayings, as well as saying no more often to candy, cookies, etc.
Now I am focusing more on exercise and diet and have gone down 16 lbs since July. I am really excited to see the scale continue to go down. :)
Hoping the community here will help.me stay on track in those days I just want to give up and encourage me to get back on the wagon when I fall off.
