4 steps foward, 2 steps backward

Hi folks,

I have been keeping a track of what i eat for last 40 days. Horrible performance. Some days I feel I could eat a horse. I workout a lot but diet is still not perfect. How to fix this??

    Don't expect perfect. Try for it sure, but perfect isn't a requirement. IMPROVE your habits. Improve your fitness. Improve your health.

    4 steps forward and 2 steps back.....is still a net of 2 steps forward.
