Getting rid off the stomach fat

I have fat stubborn stomach fat in my belly. I wanna get rid of it as soon as possible!! Can someone please help me on this? I want to zero in on my belly fat as I wanna be a public figure and I don't feel right to have stomach fat. I want to completely flatten my belly!! Please someone suggest me some advice for
this?

    Yup. No way to lose fat in one area over another. To lose the belly, you need to lose the weight. Use the free tools given to you on this site to log your food and stay in a caloric deficit so that you can lose weight. If you've been overweight for a long time you may never have a 'flat' midsection, but it can certainly be improved.

    You cannot pick a body part (like your stomach) and reduce fat from that body part. You have to lose fat overall and your body will decide where the fat will come off.

    you cant spot reduce.

    eat below maintenance and youll lose from where your body wants to lose it from. im down 100 pounds or so and my stomach is still there LMAO smaller than it WAS but still not SMALL lololol

    Lose weight, lift heavy things, eat adequate protein.
