Looking for fitness friends

Hi, I have always been into health and fitness. Currently going to school to become a dietitian. I'm gluten free, dairy free and I don't eat meat. However, I eat eggs, fish and honey so I'm not 100% vegan. We all have moments when we loose motivation. I believe it's easy to start and give up but the true challenge is making this your lifestyle. I currently work out in the early mornings at my gym and I also have a trainer twice a week. Though I'm good with keeping a schedule working out 5 days a week and my nutrition is great . I struggle with anxiety in the gym when it's packed. I don't seem to give myself a challenging work out as I normally would. This is something I need to overcome.anyone else have that issue? Feel free to add me!!

I had that same problem in the gym, I was happy as can be until it gets crowded and then I start to get a little pissed off and eager to get out of the place. I moved more workouts outdoors when possible doing calisthenics, running, and enjoying the occasional hike. As time goes on I find I really didn’t need the gym to begin with anyways. I’m more into spartan sgx workouts.
