Best Goggles/ Goggle positions (Migraines)

Does anyone have an issue wearing goggles for swimming because of the pressure on the back of the head? I have bad migraines, and this has been such an issue for me that it's basically prohibited me from underwater swimming for a decade. I used to swim like a fish. Are there other options that people have found for goggles that are more comfortable? Or other ways of wearing goggles? It was suggested to get ones with double straps and then place one up high (toward crown of the head) and the other in the standard position. Have people had success with anything like this?

Thanks.

The double straps are more secure and distribute the pressure more evenly. I like my straps tight but I don't have migraines so I can't speak directly to your concern. It's also important to get a really good seal around the eye sockets to eliminate leaks. If you can find a style that does that well, you may not need such a tight strap. I like silicone seals better than foam. It's largely personal preference and the shape of your head & eyes. You might need to buy a couple styles &test them. Check the store's return policy and maybe you can return if you don't like.
