I started on a new fitness and dietary regimen on September 1, 2017. At that time I was 288 pounds. Today I tipped the scale at 265. I am making great progress but it would be nice to have a mentor. I am 67 years old. I walk between 2 and 3 miles six days a week. I go to the gym and circuit train 3 days a week. I am consuming 1500 calories a day. My diet consists of at least 50% raw foods. I feel that I am making good progress but could use tips and encouragement. My immediate goal is to reach 250 with my ultimate goal of reaching and maintaining 210.

@MariaCarter828 are you sure that you have a calorie deficit each day. Do you log meals. That is the best way to tell. Other than that, I would need more information to help
