I’m a student who gets about 4000 steps a day on a day I don’t excersize. I run about 3 miles at an 8:30 pace 3-4 Times a week. Lightly active or moderately active?

You don't include workouts in your activity level. This is just to measure your activity level in normal life. 4,000 steps and student life of sitting down a lot makes you lightly active0
