Hi everyone! I started my first full time job at the end of August. I am a program aide at an elementary school for autistic children. I am much more active at this job. We try to keep the kids engaged so often times my team members and I interact with them during specials like gym, music, and recess. I also find myself lifting or transporting students on almost a daily basis.

On that note, I have been hungry constantly. I also keep up with my lifting 3-4 times a week plus cardio. However, I gained 5 pounds last month suddenly that will not go away. I have been stress eating some days, but have mostly stayed under my calorie allowance. There's no change in measurements.

So should I up my calorie intake? Keep it the same? Or something else??

The initial hunger went away after about a week of my most recent plan I started. Drink something if that doesn't handle it eat a low calorie volume snack. Now sometimes I don't even want to eat all my allotment because I'm not hungry
