Hey y’all! I’m Bri and here I am again to start a weight loss journey. As a child I was on the bigger side and I am now at my heaviest weight of 240lbs. As much as I think I was trying over summer it seemed as though nothing was working. However, I am here again to pursue my weight loss goals! Hopefully to eventually fall into the weight zone of around 145-150 by September of 2018. As well as a hopeful loss of 50 lbs by my graduation date of May 5, 2018. Feel free to add me, share tips, or even your own stories! Much love!

If you eat less (fewer calories than you burn) consistently, you lose weight. You can control your food intake. MFP helps you track your food intake. You still have to eat less.0
