Anyone have any experience with this? I saw some great results with yoga previously and this is very intriguing to me.
Has anyone tried this? Any feedback?
I still have another 20-25 lbs to lose, but once I do, I was considering this program.

I haven't tried it but do another power yoga class.
I've looked into DDP before, and it sure seems like it has a lot of success stories. There's a really inspirational video story on their website.
Good luck to you, and don't be certain you need to lose 20-25 before starting the program - maybe start now and just modify as needed?0 -

I'm "done" now (at maintenance weight), but I started yoga at the beginning of my MFP time, when I had 20 pounds to lose. I supplemented with cardio, but I know it helped me build muscle. There's another thread in Fitness and Exercise right now about DDP yoga - it's a few pages in at the moment, but you might get more info there.0 -
I have been doing it since July 1st and am down 29lbs. Have got my brother started and a few guys at work. if you join teamddpyoga.com there is a sample workout on the new members page.
