Thoughts on this total body HLM routine?

I found a total body lifting routine that incorporates a heavy day, light day and medium day. I guess it's a bit of everything. Will this maximize results if my goals are weight loss as well as strength/muscle building?

Routine is as follows:

Heavy Day (Monday) - not including warm-ups
Squats 3x5
Deadlinft 1x5
Bench 3x5
OHP 3x5

Light Day (Wednesday)
Leg Press 2x15
Chest Flys 2x15
Lat Pull Down 2x15
Leg Curl 2x15
Lat Raise 2x15
Skull Crushers 2x15
Concentration Curls 2x15
Seated Calf Raises 2x15
Rear Lats 2x15

Medium Day (Friday)
Squat 1x20
Bench 3x6/10
Rows 3x6/10
Romanian Deadlift 2x6/10
Dumbbell Press 3x6/10
CG Bench 2x6/10
Barbell Curl 2x6/10
Standing Calf Raise 2x6/10
