Post-workout food?

I've joined the swim team at uni and training is late in the evening (I get home at around 11 pm). After training I'm hungry and want to eat but as it's so late at night, I don't want to be cooking entire meals. I usually eat my tea around 7 before I go but was looking for some advice on what to eat afterwards.

I'd go a protein shake, with milk, warmed up.0

protein shake, cheese on toast, bowl of cereal, whatever you fancy that fits your cals and macros0

Toasted English muffin topped with peanut butter (or cookie butter if you have it because yummm) and a sliced banana with a drizzle of honey.1

My go-tos for short notice foods tend to be sandwiches or leftovers.
Can you cook or put together a meal ahead of time (or prep meals for multiple days in advance)? Maybe just double up on the food that you're already putting together for your pre-training tea?0
