    I have to assume OP is a pilot which is why he's stuck in Cleveland this weekend. I can't think of any other reason to go there.

    Haven't lived in Cleveland for a long long time, but back in the day, the flats (an area of town) was pretty hopping. It is in the downtown area along the cuyahoga river.
